Marketing director APAC.

This newly established role will call for you to retain the end-to-end execution of our Marketing Operations process & strategy. This is a hands-on role responsible for APAC marketing planning, operational execution & the analytics required to support APAC management team in Hanoi, Vietnam.
To succeed in this role, you’ll also see yourself as an entrepreneur who can approach practical issues with creativity. It will also be obvious you love being immersed in B2B/B2C marketing & know how to drive strategy with consumer insight lead decisions.

Drive overall brand strategy across the region
Develop and share best experiences with local markets
Develop and implement an overall digital strategy
Determine and develop consistent brand guidelines and regional implementation
Establish and manage strong relationships with local markets to drive brand engagement efforts to increase brand awareness and brand advocacy
Spearhead marketing, PR, and regional promotional initiatives
Guide and enable local markets to develop and adopt digital marketing products and platforms to improve effectiveness and efficiencies
Develop regional brand search strategies and SEM optimization plans
Drive analysis of key market trends, consumer insights, and competitors
Prepare on a constant base product performance plan and reports of achieved results, including feasible marketing metrics.
KPI’s include but are not limited by the following within the region:
• Consistent, timely and quality weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting, analysis and insights;
• Key marketing metrics agreed with all stakeholders;
• ROI measures in place for all relevant marketing programs/activities;
• 360 degree reviews from key stakeholders;
Reporting to Vice President APAC.
A Successful Candidate must possess:
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field, MBA is a big plus.
Minimum 10 years of experience in Brand Management and Marketing Communications within a regional/international industrial B2B/B2C group.
Stable work experience with a minimum of 3 years in each organization
Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking and commercial acumen
Track record of success in developing local brand strategy & plans
Effective stakeholder management skills and ability to lead through influence
Amicable personality with excellent interpersonal communication skills
Presentation skills with the ability to deliver effectively and convincingly
